Diamond Liquor is your quality spirits specialist. Our business is online only.
Our liquor license has restrictions on personal shoppers and collection of liquor. All items purchased must be delivered, and not on the same day as purchase. We are based in Australia - all prices are in Australian dollars. We deliver to all parts of Australia but do not export from Australia.
Payments
When you place your order online, an invoice will be issued by email on completion of the order and includes GST. During the checkout, nominate your preferred payment menthod. Credit Card, PayPal and Bank Deposit are the options.
Payments by card and PayPal are processed securely by another company linked to our website. Credit cards are processed by eWay, a third party payment processor. eWay's website is www.eway.com.au Diamond Liquor doesn't handle, process or store credit card details.
Delivery
When your order is sent you will be advised by email and supplied a tracking number for the parcel. You can follow the parcel's movements online and know when the delivery is near to be delivered or if delivery must be collected. Diamond Liquor does not follow the tracking of every parcel sent and so the purchaser is provided the details so they can do so themselves. When you supply a valid email address, tracking information is forwarded to that email address by the courier or Australia Post to keep you up to date.
You will have the option of delivery service - Post or courier. Generally courier is faster and will require a signature. If no signature is possible the parcel may be left at a nearby collection point, such as a Pack and Send or other small business for you to collect. If sent by Post, generally a signature is not required unless the order has a high value or you request it. Post must be used for PO Box and Parcel Post addresses.
If an item has not been received within a reasonable amount of time, check the courier tracking. You may lodge an enquiry with the delivery company. If you have no satisfaction, send us an email by replying to the Diamond Liquor order confirmation email and we will endeavour to follow up with the delivery company for information. If a parcel is lost or broken we may be able to send you a new order after discussing with the courier. Should any other issues arise, an email or phone call to Diamond Liquor with your order number, details and explanation of the issue will help us investigate.
